He was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department after he apparently jumped over her fence and began walking towards her house. According to law enforcement sources, he was armed with scissors and claimed that he wanted to meet the singer.
The whole incident took place during the early hours of Saturday. The police were alerted to the incident after somebody placed a 911 call from Miley’s mansion – although she didn’t call herself. On arrival, the police identified Jason Luis Rivera as the trespasser. They promptly arrested him and took him to the cells.
